By using WABizPro, you acknowledge that our policies and operations are based on WhatsApp’s official policies, guidelines, and terms of service. Your continued use of WABizPro signifies your agreement to abide by WhatsApp’s terms along with ours.
2. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies
WABizPro is designed to operate in compliance with WhatsApp’s official policies. As such:
You must adhere to WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and WhatsApp Terms of Service.
WABizPro does not guarantee protection against WhatsApp’s enforcement actions, such as bans or restrictions due to policy violations by users.
WhatsApp enforces its own rules regarding blocking numbers, message limits, and restrictions on automation. If a user’s number gets blocked or restricted due to excessive or non-compliant messaging, WABizPro is not responsible for any such actions taken by WhatsApp.
Users must adhere to WhatsApp's messaging limits and avoid activities that could lead to their numbers being flagged or banned.
3. Permitted Use
WABizPro is provided for legal business communication and marketing purposes only. You agree not to use the service for:
Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Violating privacy rights, intellectual property laws, or any applicable regulations.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with WhatsApp’s guidelines and local laws.
Using approved WhatsApp templates for bulk messaging and automation.
Maintaining the security of your WABizPro account.
Any legal consequences resulting from misuse of WABizPro.
Monitoring your WhatsApp number's status and ensuring compliance with WhatsApp’s message limits and automation policies to prevent bans or restrictions.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue WABizPro at any time without prior notice.
Updates or changes may be implemented to ensure continued compliance with WhatsApp’s policies.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by WhatsApp API restrictions or enforcement actions.
6. Subscription & Payment
WABizPro is a subscription-based service with fees as per our pricing model.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
Prices and terms are subject to change with prior notice.
7. Termination & Restrictions
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to WABizPro if you violate these terms or WhatsApp’s policies.
If WhatsApp restricts, suspends, or bans your number/account due to violations of its policies, Digital Innovation Technology Company is not responsible for such actions.
Users must comply with WhatsApp’s rate limits, message quotas, and acceptable use policies to prevent unwanted account suspensions.
8. Data Privacy & Security
We do not store or share your WhatsApp conversations beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
Your use of WABizPro must comply with WhatsApp’s data privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal actions resulting from the misuse of WABizPro.
You acknowledge that WhatsApp has the authority to enforce its own policies, and any actions taken by WhatsApp against your account are beyond our control.
WABizPro does not provide any guarantees or refunds in case of WhatsApp bans, number restrictions, or API enforcement actions.
10. Amendments to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WABizPro after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
